(“Jet”) provides aircraft parts for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Airbus, and Lockheed model jet aircraft’s, as well as for Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, GE/SN ECMA, Rolls-Royce engines and others. Jet owns Inventory and is a re-seller of airline parts and equipment which it markets and distributes.
